Dave’s Place is excited to welcome Rock 12 Distillery to Lompoc for a special evening built around craft cocktails, thoughtful pairings, and great company.
On Saturday, February 7 at 6:30 PM, we invite you to join us for the Rock 12 Distillery Social Club, an intimate, four-course cocktail and appetizer experience hosted right here at Dave’s Place.
Earlier this week, our team had the opportunity to tour the Rock 12 Distillery property and spend time with the people behind the spirits. From their attention to detail to their passion for balance and flavor, it was clear that their approach aligns perfectly with how we think about food and hospitality. This event is our way of bringing that experience to the table and sharing it with our guests.
The evening will feature four curated Rock 12 cocktails, each paired with a handcrafted bite designed to complement the flavors in the glass. Expect bright citrus notes, rich bourbon depth, and a progression that builds naturally from course to course.
The menu includes a yuzu-cello cream spread with crostini paired with the Victus Spritz, followed by poke bites with soy glaze alongside the Yuzu Drop. For the third pairing, guests will enjoy a choice between a bacon wrapped scallop with quince reduction or a bacon wrapped tenderloin with single barrel BBQ sauce, paired with a Rock 12 Old Fashioned. The evening concludes with a chef-selected dessert paired with The Constellation, a refreshing cocktail featuring Rock 12 Apricot Liqueur.
