We’ve curated a massive 3-course menu specifically designed to highlight the iconic craft beers of the Central Coast. From beer-infused BBQ sauces to our custom Bananamisu, every bite has a perfect pour to match.

Welcome Bite: Bacon Wrapped Ancho Shrimp Kabobs
Paired with your choice of Agua Santa, Imperial, or Salt and Lime.
Course #1: Pineapple Marinated Pork Sliders (featuring a custom beer-reduction sauce)

Course #2 : Dave’s Smoked BBQ Platter featuring Smoked Tri-Tip, Baby Back Pork Ribs, Pulled Chicken, Jalapeño & Cheddar Sausage, and Dave’s Baked Beans. Accompanied by Red Rose Potato Salad, Mac & Cheese (with beer-infused cheese sauce), and Corn Muffins with Honey Beer Butter.
