• 14oz Prime Rib
• 12oz Filet Mignon au Poivre
• Polynesian Short Ribs with glazed soy ginger garlic sauce
• Macadamia Crusted Mahi Mahi with beurre blanc
• Salmon Wellington
• Smoked BBQ Plate with baby back ribs, beef rib, quarter chicken, tri-tip, linguica sausage, and beans

All entrées include Potatoes Lyonnaise and asparagus with hollandaise.

Includes dinner, party favors, and admission to the Holger’s Heroes live show.
